Jason Kelly - President of Crisis Advisors
 


Jason was Director of Emergency Management at Continental Airlines for the last 5 of his 12 years at the airline.  Jason had worldwide responsibility for Emergency Response planning, oversight of 270 Airport ER plans, oversight of over 450 Care Team members, responsibility for all Emergency Response training programs, ER drills, and the Corporate Emergency Response manual. Before becoming Director of Emergency Management, Jason was a computer programmer and Senior Manager of Technology at Continental Airlines. Jason also worked for Compaq Computer Corporation and The Gallup Poll.

    Jason Kelly led the Continental Airlines Emergency Response Go Team flight dispatched to Denver, Colorado immediately after the accident.  Jason was Director of Emergency Management and had oversight of the family assistance response - consisting of approximately 150 employees, as well as being lead airline representative to passengers and their families.  Jason was on scene all 10 days the Family Assistance Center was open.

  • Jason Kelly led the Continental Airlines Emergency Response Go Team flight dispatched to Buffalo, New York immediately after the accident.  Jason was Director of Emergency Management and had oversight of the family assistance response - consisting of approximately 240 employees, as well as being lead airline representative to family members.  Jason was on scene all 13 days the Family Assistance Center was open.

    Jason Kelly led the Continental Airlines Emergency Response Go Team flight dispatched to Miami, Florida immediately after the turbulence incident.  Jason was Director of Emergency Management and had oversight of the family assistance response - consisting of approximately 40 employees, as well as being lead airline representative to passengers.  Jason was on scene for 4 days while passengers were still in the hospital and transitting Miami.
